Refund & Return Policy – NutraDryX

At NutraDryX, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality herbal products with care and integrity.

Due to the nature of our product (herbal consumables), we follow a strict No Return Policy for opened or used items to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video proof

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Product has been opened or used

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer or mobile wallet
